THE CAMERA

Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. GuardNest works fully without any subscription. Footage records to a local SD card. Cloud storage is optional, never required � not locked behind a paywall.

How many lenses does it have?
The GuardNest 360 Pro has five lenses that together provide a full 360� panoramic view. One device covers what typically requires three or four standard cameras.

Does it work at night?
Yes. The camera includes colour night vision for clear, detailed footage even in low light or complete darkness.

Is it weatherproof?
Yes. The camera is rated for outdoor use in rain, snow, and a wide temperature range. We recommend mounting under an eave or covered area for best longevity.

What Wi-Fi does it need?
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The camera does not currently support 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

Does it have two-way audio?
Yes. You can hear what is happening and speak through the camera directly from your phone. Useful for greeting delivery drivers or deterring intruders remotely.

STORAGE

Where does my footage go?
By default, footage is stored locally on a microSD card inside the camera. It does not leave your home unless you choose to enable optional cloud sync. We never access your footage.

What SD card do I need?
A 64�128 GB Class 10 microSD card works well for most households. The camera supports up to 256 GB. SD cards are sold separately.

Is cloud storage available?
Optional cloud backup is available if you want off-site storage � but it is always your choice, never a requirement.

SETUP & APP

How do I set it up?
Plug in the camera, download the free app, scan the QR code in the box, and connect to your home Wi-Fi. Most customers are fully set up in under 10 minutes.

Does the app work on iPhone and Android?
Yes � the free companion app supports both iOS and Android.

Can I share access with family members?
Yes. You can add up to 5 users with individual access levels at no extra cost.
